Our coaching services are future-focused and skills-based. They are not psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment or medical care. Where clinical assessment or treatment is needed, we refer you to qualified medical or clinical professionals.
Mediation Is Not Legal Advice
Mediation is a voluntary, confidential facilitated negotiation. Our mediators do not give legal advice and do not represent either party. Please consult your own lawyer for legal guidance.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
Every person and situation is different. We commit to professional, ethical practice, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes from sessions or mediation.

Confidentiality
Sessions and mediations are private. We share nothing without your consent, except where there is a risk of serious harm or where disclosure is required by law. We do not contact family, schools, employers or anyone else without your permission.
Minors
Clients under 18 take part with the consent of a parent or guardian. We explain the limits of confidentiality clearly at the start of work with young people, and we prioritise safety where a child or teenager may be at risk. Children in distress can call Childline on 1098.
Recognitions and Certifications
Certifications and recognitions are listed as awarded by the respective bodies. These include ISO 9001:2015 certification, Udyam registration and QEAC (UK) 5-star rating. Holding a certification is a mark of process and quality standards, and is not a guarantee of any particular outcome.
